What People Say

Hi Amita,
I want to share my experience with you and all parents on how these classes are helping us and helping our kids. These classes really keep our kids engaged, focused and at the same time they are learning new skills.
Yes, it was not possible without all our teachers dedication and hardwork. Kids are getting better in yoga and they are learning every day some or other thing…looking forward for these everyday classes. Alisha bought karaoke mike for singing practice. Alisha and kids also liked Srinija’s workout class. First time Alisha tried her best to do everything on her own without hesitation.
This has happened because of your efforts who started this ‘Play with me online group.’
Big thanks to you and your family from all of us.

I love to cook independently and I have always been wanting to learn to cook more recipes! I have cooking classes over zoom meetings every Saturday. Throughout one of them, I made 3 mug cakes. Two of them were made gluten free and one of them was gluten. In the gluten free ones, I used edible gum. In the gluten ones, I instead used cocoa powder. Me, my brother, and my dad all had them. I had a gluten free one, sty brother had the gluten one, and my dad had a gluten free one, too. The ingredients included coconut oil, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, flour, raisins, crunchy toppings made of edible gum, almond milk, and baking powder. In the previous cooking class, I cooked pasta salad. It had pasta, vegan cheese, olives, celery, multiple spices, salt, peppers, and purple cabbage. In my next upcoming cooking class, I will lead it and teach other people how to cook quesadillas. A lot of my friends also join the same class on zoom! One of them is Saimahesh who used to be my classmate at my previous school before high school. I feel excited to see Saimahesh after a long time of no meet! Me and my family all felt excited and proud when they had seen that I had made the mug cake and when all of them tried it out! I also felt empowered when I made the mug cake from the cooking dass by myself because it made me feel independent!

I like cooking in the cooking class. I like it that I make yummy food that I can eat & make it for others too. I have fun doing exercise class with Nikhil’s class. Because, it’s good for my body. It’s fun to do the origami class with Prachi Aunty. I learned how to make a butterfly, bookmark, frog, and a swan. I like that I do art projects in Zoya’s class. I like to color because it makes me feel good. I made a house and windmill with cardboard from the box in Akhil’s class. It was fun making it. Nisha Aunty’s dance class is a lot of fun. I like it that I’m able to do all of these classes at home when I have to stay at home because of the coronavirus.

Thank you for giving so much of your time Amita and Apoorva. We appreciate your efforts.
